lol!apparently,my singnet account doesn't like to accept qian's mail.it keeps telling her that my mailbox is full when i can send mails to my email account?hahahaha.this just didn't happen once.it happens many many times!hahahahaha!
chinese new year hasn't been that great for me.coz i fell ill.caught a cold on day 1 of chinese new year when i went visiting and was really sick on day 2 of chinese new year and yesterday.but recovered sufficiently to feel well today.so i should be going for the mini guides gathering tomorrow and to my teacher's house on saturday!going to meet many people that i haven't seen in ages.=)
oh ya.the hongbaos this year was almost the same as last year i guess.but there is one thing that pissed my parents off.coz my grandaunt remarked loudly to her daughter-in-law that the hongbaos were not with her and that the daughter-in-law should ask the father-in-law whether the hongbaos were with him.since my granduncle came to my grandma house empty handed,it became apparent that the hongbaos isn't with him.so my grandaunt remarked loudly again that she must have left the hongbaos at the house of her daughter-in-law.and with that,she went off to play mahjong.wth?!damn cheap la!and i am almost 99.9% positive that she did bring tons of money with her to play mahjong can?they always talk about how much money they had win in mahjong and she did not even have the decency to give kids hongbaos?cheapo la!my parents were rightly pissed off by this.its not like we are desperate for money but since my grandaunt and granduncle came to my grandma's house with her both daughter-in-laws+sons+grandkids+maid,at least have the decency to give some hongbaos out.furthermore,they came to eat lunch and dinner at my grandmother's house.and they complain about the food also?irritating!grandma doesn't know about this but i am sure she will be pissed off by what had happened.i didn't realised that even $2 per hongbao is such a difficult thing to give.and please,$2 per person is kind of cheap.if u can't afford it,u are beyond cheap can?at least my maternal side is kind of generous,its mostly $20 and above.unlike my paternal side where hongbaos is around $4.$4 per child and they still get to eat 2 meals for free for each of their family members.cheap right?
anyway,moving on to a happier topic,i am going to collect more hongbaos soon!and of bigger denominations as compared to the $4!coz i am going to visit the relatives on my maternal side!=)))
and yay!to my godparents,grandmothers,aunt,mummy's friend for giving me big hongbaos!
lol.was telling mummy that i like seeing blue notes and not purple notes!but i saw sooo many purple notes and few blue notes but its ok!i am going to see mostly red notes from now on!=D
