work is terrible today!sent out all the statement of accounts last week.(statement of accounts=a piece of paper that states all the outstanding payments)guess what?so many customers called today and i have to keep answering phone calls.and most of them are angry,pissed off people.some of them even started screaming at me once i picked up the phone?coz most of the customers that called are people who paid by their credit card.the thing is,the bill wasn't even deducted from their credit card at all!ta~dah!thats the horrible part.they assume that the bill was already paid when it wasn't!and they started screaming at me because i am from accounts and somehow,they think that people working in accounts are supposed to be blamed for not charging their cards.and most of their bills are from like oct 2007?so its like 6 months past and apparently,they cannot even remeber whether they had paid already or not.so irritating!its not even my fault that their credit card wasn't charged in oct 2007.i was like studying in school then?also,it is not my fault if you(the customers) previously did complain to the management and no one replied.i am not in charge of complaints and neither am i in the management side.and for goodness sake,there is no need to start screaming at me when i pick up the phone.having a polite conversation will do.unless you are living in an uncivilised world.which i obviously think you belong to.crappy.there is like 4 more days to go?i hate working in accounts side now!grrrrrr!
